UKEF is a fresh, noble and flexible organization that seeks partnerships to achieve its mission. The foundation exists because of personal and community relationships that evolve from participation. UKEF partners with individuals, schools, churches, businesses and organizations to make a positive impact in the lives of children of Uganda. UKEF works to initiate, develop and expand partnerships in the Netherlands, Uganda and elsewhere in the globe. The project directly impacts the people of Uganda while providing opportunities for people in the Netherlands and globally to be involved through fundraising, volunteering and donation.

UKEF honors generous partners by publishing the names on the website (if they wish). Generous donations towards a building could have the name and logo of the donor printed on the building and/or naming the building in honor of the donor. Assuming a partner sponsor a dormitory for girls, the name of the donor could be printed on the building and also dormitory could be named after the partner/donor (if they wish).
